We offer more than 200,000-square-feet of climate-controlled facilities for filling, co-packaging and warehousing. These facilities house hundreds of pieces of custom-modified filling machinery with capacity to fill powders, pills, gummies and liquids into unique and complex primary and secondary packaging types. On average, we fill millions of units per day to meet our customers’ diverse needs.
Our facilities also contain humidity-controlled production rooms that keep relative humidity (RH) down to as little as 15%. All manufacturing suites offer both nitrogen flushing and dust control to avoid contaminants and maintain the highest levels of product quality.
