WePackItAll® is much more than just a co-packer…we are a full-service manufacturing, processing and packaging facility that is able to manage the production and packaging of your product from start to finish. Listed below are some of the specialty services and capabilities we offer our customers.
Blending & Mixing
Our machines can combine food-products, liquids, powders and semi-solids. So, whether the job calls for two components, or twenty-two, WePackItAll® will measure, mix and blend them together to produce consistent, high-quality finished products every time.
Secondary Packaging
After primary packaging is complete, many customers request assembly, shrink-wrap, lot/bar coding, collating, bundle-wrap and other finishing services, before the product is shipped. WePackItAll® has a full-time team dedicated to these processes, which we also provide as stand-alone services.
Kosher Products
Powders, liquids, baby food, even chocolates have been packaged under Kosher supervision at WePackItAll® and certified by OU, OK and Star-K. We have established strong relationships with local Rabbis, which allows us to process and package Kosher products efficiently and with assurance.
Temperature / Humidity Control
Our warehouses are temperature-controlled 24/7, as is each of our 20+ production rooms. Three rooms are humidity-controlled, so we can handle even the most moisture-sensitive products. Our refrigerated storage area and blast freezer enables WePackItAll® to process a wide variety of fresh and frozen food products and other temperature sensitive goods.
Hot-Fill & Pasteurization
Sanitation/food-safety is our top priority with hot-fill and pasteurized products like baby food, juices, and fruit/vegetable purees. Equipment at WePackItAll® is tested and examined continually, and operators are specially trained to manage these sensitive and often complex jobs.
Custom Tooling
Custom cutting tools, molds, blister dies, even complete packaging machines are designed, engineered and manufactured by technicians in our on-site machine shop. This, combined with decades of industry experience, enables WePackItAll® to efficiently develop creative solutions for virtually any shape, size or configuration of products.
Organic Products
WePackItAll® is proud to offer Certified Organic processing and packaging capabilities to our customers. Our facilities, equipment and procedures have been audited and certified by Organic Certifiers, a USDA-accredited leader in organic certification, to ensure the organic integrity of products we process.
Packaging Design
Our team of account managers has seen and worked with every type of packaging product imaginable. We have long-term partnerships with flexible film manufacturers, cardboard suppliers and printing companies, and will work with you to design packaging products to suit your needs and successfully market your products.
